Returns & Refunds
Machines: Unused machines may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error). Contact support for a return authorization before sending anything back.
Pods & sachets: Unopened consumable packs may be returned within 14 days. Opened food products cannot be returned for health & safety reasons.
Subscriptions: Cancel or pause anytime from your account or by emailing us. You will not be charged for the next cycle after cancellation is confirmed.
